Holistic Support for Complex Journeys: Counselling, Coaching & Therapeutic Care

A Compassionate, Collaborative Approach to Healing

Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a safe, pluralistic space where your voice is the guide. Whether you are navigating deep-seated trauma, managing neurodiversity, or seeking a proactive path toward wellness, my approach is tailored entirely to your unique story.

My Philosophy: I work through a person-centred, trauma-informed lens. This means we work as partners. I don’t just offer a listening ear; I offer a collaborative toolkit designed to empower you, respect your pace, and honour your lived experience.

FAQs

Is counselling right for me?
Counselling offers a space to talk things through openly and privately, with someone trained to listen and support you. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit.

How many sessions will I need?
Some people find a few sessions helpful, others prefer longer-term work. We’ll review this together regularly.

Is it confidential?
Yes. Everything shared is confidential, within professional and legal limits. You’ll receive a full counselling agreement before we begin.

What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged at the full fee.

How do I pay?
All sessions are pre-paid online.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes. Limited availability. Please enquire when booking.

Please note: I am not a crisis contact centre, if in crisis please call Samaritans, mental health crisis team or your GP 0r A&E
