I love the energy of our courses, but I know that true mastery of these concepts happens in the quiet moments of reflection afterward. I wrote my books to give you a permanent resource to help you navigate the complexities of human dynamics long after our session ends.

If you’re interested in mastering interpersonal skills, The Adaptable Personality Model (APM) is the perfect place to start. For those who want to understand the "Human-First" philosophy on a deeper level, my book on Biopsychosocial Relational Theory explores how we can build more meaningful, holistic connections. Both are available now on Amazon, I’d be honored to have them on your bookshelf!
