My workshops are designed to be practical and immediate, but the frameworks I teach are rooted in years of psychological study and clinical theory. To provide you with a more comprehensive toolkit for understanding human behavior, I’ve published two companion guides that dive deeper into the science behind our interactions.
My first book, The Adaptable Personality Model (APM), offers a structured roadmap for navigating different personality types and adapting your communication for better outcomes. Complementing this is Biopsychosocial Relational Theory, which explores a "human-first" approach to understanding how our biology, psychology, and social environments intersect. Whether you’re an attendee looking to reinforce your learning or a professional seeking a deeper theoretical foundation, I hope these resources serve as valuable guides on your journey.
